About me
I am currently living in Mexico City with my significant other and my dog. My unique background in nutritional science, yoga, fitness, and coaching allows me to serve my clients in providing multidimensional nutritional services.
My interest in the health and wellness field was sparked when I saw a nutritionist as a teenager in my home country of New Zealand. That interest, combined with my love of running and yoga led me to the decision to pursue a career as a nutritionist, and three years later I was awarded by BSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago. During the course of my degree, I developed a deep passion and respect for the scientific process and to this day I always turn to medical journals whenever I have to make any health-related decisions. To this day, I love keeping up to date with the latest developments in nutritional science.
Armed with this degree and my newly attained yoga teaching qualification I decided to travel the world, teaching yoga and providing nutrition consultations. During this time, I observed in so many clients that their decisions surrounding their nutrition choices arose from more than just a lack of nutritional knowledge and poor food choices. This led me to recently completing a professional coaching certificate in order to support my clients more effectively. My coaching training has given me the tools to help my clients identify other factors in their lives that may influence their nutrition choices such as barriers, beliefs, and habitual patterns that can limit success.

My mission
My mission is to empower others to transform their health in a sustainable, long-lasting way, using evidence-based tools and strategies.
I believe that everyone has the ability to take control of their wellness. Sometimes this gets lost in today’s busy lifestyle where people are overworked, influenced by social media and advertising and generally bombarded with questionable health information.

Proven strategies do exist that can help people come back to what is important in caring for their nutritional health, but often these are lost amid influential people and products promoting ‘quick fixes’ and ‘magic bullets’. I don’t believe in fad diets which often result in quick but unsustainable weight loss, bad habits, and negative feelings. That is why my mission is to not only give my clients strategies proven to be effective, but also the knowledge, and tools to be able to discern wellness facts from fiction when needed.

My vision is that each of my clients has the knowledge, strategies, and desire to live to their full health potential.

I truly believe that your health is the most important things in life. By optimising your health you can live to your fullest potential without limitations. In addition to having a better quality of life, I believe that it is only when we look after ourselves that we can be fully present and be our best selves for others. That is why my vision is that by the time my clients have finished their sessions with me, each of them has the knowledge, strategies, and desire to live to their full wellness potential.
